Big Daddy Alright is a jump blues/swing band from Dallas that is quickly making a name for itself on the surrounding music scene. Playing their first gig in only March of 2001, Big Daddy Alright is already being recognized as one of the premier dance bands in the area. In their short existence, Big Daddy has already played with such know acts as the Red Elvises, Wayne Toops, Deke Dickerson, and the Paladins, as well as performing for the Dallas Coyboys and the North Texas New Music Festival. Playing songs carying from Wynoni Harris to Big Joe Turner to the Might Blue Kings to original music, they are sure to make event the most inexperienced dancers take to the floor.
